This tour takes you to the world famous bridge over the River Kwai, built during World War II by the Allied prisoners of war. The bridge is located near the town of Kanchanaburi, 130 kms west of Bangkok. You will visit the well-kept cemetery, which contain the graves of an estimated 9,000 Allied soldiers, who lost their lives while building the bridge and constructing the notorious “Death Railway”. For many, this is a very emotional journey. Take historical train and have lunch at the nice resturant near by and then Go to riding the Elephant through the jungle and get closer to nature at the Elephant camp.
